Ronald Thomas Paul, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2023, at the age of 86. He was born on February 8, 1937, in Hazelton, Pennsylvania, to his late parents Thomas and Catherine Paul. Ron is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia, and their children: Sheri Cottingham (Paul), Brenda Braun (Dale), Robert James (Holly), Gregory James, Melinda Watkins (Stephen), and Michael Paul (Jessica). He was a cherished grandfather to 16 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Ron is also survived by his brother Larry Paul (Judy) and sister Marianne Webb. He was preceded in death by his sister Suzanne Fels.

Ron graduated from Emmaus High School in 1955 and went on to pursue a degree in Aeronautical Engineering at Northrop Institute of Technology. He proudly served in the Air Force for 3 years. Following his military service, Ron embarked on a successful career. He initially worked as a bank property estimator before transitioning into the role of an insurance adjuster. Ron's expertise in disaster casualty adjustment led him to work for several major insurance companies.

Ron was a dedicated member of the Graterford Bible Fellowship Church in PA. After retirement, he and Pat relocated back to New York and began worshiping at Christ Community Church of Geneseo.

Outside of his professional life, above all Ron was devoted to his family. He passionately studied the bible, and enjoyed many hobbies such as woodworking, trains, sailing, reading and drawing cartoons.

A memorial service to celebrate Ron's life will be held at Christ Community Church of Geneseo on November 11, 2023, at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Christ Community Church of Geneseo.

Ron will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family, his love for the Lord, his sense of humor, and producing wildly-attractive children (just seeing who read the whole thing). His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever be cherished.
