ROSWITHA (Rosie)"Oma" WELCH age 70 of Mount Morris, New York, died Saturday July 28, 2012 at Shorewinds Nursing Home in Rochester, NY. She was born the daughter of Werner and Anna (Kroll) Pietzsch on October 2, 1941 in West Berlin, Germany. She was a German Citizen and Proud of her German Heritage and loved attending Octoberfest's.

She is survived by her 3 children Tricia DiSalvo and Christine Bowen both of North Carolina and Douglas Welch of Mount Morris. 6 Grandchildren Erica and Casie DiSalvo, Ashley and Derek Bowen, Courtney and Jordan Welch of Geneseo. 5 Great Grandchildren Trenten Connor Willis, Joselin Faith, Eliel O'Neil DeJesus, Mason Sergio David Santini and Karter James Fanaro. 1 sister Dagmar (Klauss) Gerrhart of Germany.
