Roxanne A. Tallman age 67 of Nunda, NY, died Monday July 1. 2024 at her home in Nunda.    She was born the daughter of the late Fred and Margaret (Aylor) NiCastle on July 17, 1956 in Warsaw, NY. Roxanne had been employed as a Secretary for the NYS Department of Transportation in Hornell retiring after several years of service and Regional Secretary of the Genesee Region State Park at Letchworth State Park, Roxanne also served as the Tax Collector and Court Clerk for Nunda for many years. Roxanne was a member of the Dalton United Methodist Church, Dalton, NY, where she was an active member for many years.  She enjoyed doing crafts, reading, gardening especially in her flower garden.

She was predeceased by her parents; Fred and Margaret (Aylor) NiCastle infant brother Philip.  She is survived by her 3 children; Jacob (Katie) Tallman of Swain, Rachel (Arin) Wood of Nunda and Nathan (Michael) Tallman of Philipsburg, PA. 3 Grandchildren; Abigail and Alicia Wood and Margaret Tallman. Two Sister's; Susan (David) Mizel of Frewsburg, NY and Stephanie (Dana) Buchholz of Dalton, and a Brother; Richard (Virginia) NiCastle of West Sparta, many niece's, nephew's.

Friends may call on Sunday July 7, 2024 from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM atthe Dalton United Methodist Church, 10074 State Street in Dalton, followed by her funeral service at 4:00 PM.
