SAMUEL T. CIPRIANO age 82 of Leicester, New York, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on October 27, 2025 at his home.

Born on April 3, 1943, Sam was the only child of Charles and Josephine (Macaluso) Cipriano. From the time Sam was a young boy, he was a builder. He began work in the family business, Cipriano Brothers Construction in Mount Morris at the age of 6. Sam had a mechanical mind and could fix almost anything. Although Sam was a man of few words, he was kind, had a great sense of humor, and was a wonderful dad. He always had a twinkle in his eye and a smile for everyone he encountered.

He is predeceased by his parents, his first wife Ann Marie Cipriano, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is survived by his wife, Katheleen Cipriano of Leicester, 2 daughters Linda Cipriano of Leicester and Karen (John) Norris of Texas and son Samuel (Stacy) Cipriano of Leicester. Granddaughters Delilah Cipriano of Leicester, and Rosemary and Isabella Norris of Texas, cousins Mickey Donovan and Sam J. Cipriano both of Mt. Morris and Kathy's children Bobby (Melissa) Cody and Brady (Phil) Berry, and grandchildren Skye Cody and Braedon Berry. Many other family members and dear and loving friends.

We would like to give a special thanks to sister-in-law Tina Gaidasz and Sarah McDowell, who lovingly cared for Sam in his last months.

Friends may call Monday November 3 from 4 to 6 pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris, New York. Funeral mass will be held Tuesday, November 4 at 10 am at St. Patrick's Church, 46 Stanley Street, Mount Morris, NY. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Mount Morris, New York.
