SANDRA L. MC GUIRE age 81 of Mount Morris, New York, died peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday January 27, 2026 at her home. She was born the daughter of John and Helen (Truax) Forbes on June 25, 1944 in Warsaw, New York.  She married Michael McGuire on March 17, 1973.  Prior to her retirement in 2002 she worked for over 15 years as Head Custodian at the Charles G. May Occupational Center in Mount Morris, NY.  She was a member of CSEA and the United Church of Mount Morris.  She loved spending time with her family

She is survived by her husband of over 52 years Michael "Mike", 5 children Tammy (Mark) Hernandez, Rhonda Russell, Kim Wallace and Michelle (Paul) Griffin and Marsha (Jason) Shetler.  6 Grandchildren Michael, Hanna, Stacy, Nicole, Jamie and Johnny and 2 Great-Grandchild Niquila and Maverick.  Many nieces, nephews and dear and loving friends including her best friend of over 50 years Debbie Yencer.

No prior calling.  Interment in Leicester Cemetery at a later date.  Memorials may be made to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.  Arrangements by the JOHN W.
