SERGE N. SINIAPKIN age 84 of 63 Chapel Street, Mount Morris, NY, died Sunday July 28, 2013 at his home. He was born the son of Nicholas and Helen Siniapkin on December 2, 1928 in Albany, New York. Prior to his retirement in 1986 he was employed as a Psychologist for the Rochester City School District for over 28 years. He married Shirley Darling on August 25, 1962. He was a veteran of the Army. He was a member of the Leicester Presbyterian Church.

He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Shirley. Son David Siniapkin of Dover, PA. 2 nephews Dr. George Siniapkin of Saratoga Springs and John Siniapkin of Albany. He was predeceased by his son Karl in 1965.

Friends may call Thursday from 11- 1 pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris where Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 pm. Interment Mt.
