SHARON D. BLAZAK age 82 of Leicester, New York, died suddenly on Sunday August 31, 2025 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York.  She was born the daughter of Ronald and Dorothy Paddock on May 30, 1943 in Geneseo, New York. She graduated from Nunda Central School and spent all of her life in Livingston County where she raised her two children, Kimberly and Stanford. Prior to her retirement in 1998 she worked as a telephone operator for over 25 years at Craig Developmental Center in Sonyea and the Rochester Psychiatric Center. She was a member of CSEA and the Tuscarora First Presbyterian Church. She loved socializing with family, spending time with her grandchildren, and weekly lunch dates with friends. She loved helping in any way that she could as long as she was involved. She also enjoyed shopping and catching up on shows with her spoiled dog "Duke."

She is survived by her 2 children Kimberly (Donald Jr.) Cuozzo of Piffard and Stanford "Jon" Van Dorn of Nunda, 4 grandchildren Morgan (Caleb) Flint of New Hampshire, Thomas Cuozzo of Fowlerville, Jennifer Van Dorn of Florida, and Jessica Van Dorn of New York City.  Her sister Marion Palmer of Geneseo and 2 brothers Larry Paddock of Florida and Robert Paddock of Mt. Morris. Her dear dog, Duke, many nieces, nephews and loving friends. She was predeceased by her Parents Ronald Paddock and Dorothy Rittenhouse, Kirk Van Dorn (Kimberly and Stanford's father), Raymond Blazak, and her brother Donald Paddock.

Friends may call Saturday September 27th from 11 am to 12pm at the Tuscarora First Presbyterian Church, Main Street, Tuscarora, New York where services will be held at 12 pm.. Lay Pastor Carmen Vianese officiating.  Interment in Tuscarora Memorial Garden. Memorials may be made to Tuscarora First Presbyterian Church. Arrangements by the JOHN W.
