STELLA C. "Dutch" KRYSICA age 94 of Leicester, New York, died peacefully on Sunday September 24, 2023 at her home.  She was born the daughter of Joseph and Catherine (Staub) Cicero on January 9, 1929 in Leicester, New York.  She married Joseph R. Krysica on September 4, 1954.  Prior to her retirement in 1995 she worked as a telephone operator for Frontier for over 35 years having worked in Mt. Morris, Geneseo and Rochester.  She was a member of St. Thomas-Aquinas church in Leicester.  She loved animals, going to the Casino's with her husband and walking with her friends Toni and Bev.

She is survived by her daughter Susan Carson of Caledonia, 2 grandchildren Paige (Gabriel) Carson Benitez of Rochester and Sean Carson of Caledonia.  Great Granddaughter Gabriella Benitez of Rochester.  Sister-in-law Isabelle Cicero of Leicester.  Several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her husband Joseph in 2016.

No prior calling.  Funeral mass will be held on Friday at 11 am at St. Thomas-Aquinas Church in Leicester.  Interment Leicester Cemetery, Leicester, NY.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your local animal shelter.  Arrangements by the JOHN W.
