Stephen G. Hall of Mount Morris, passed away February 14, 2024 after a long illness. He was predeceased by his parents, Mr. And Mrs. Harry Hall, brother's, John Hall, Robert Hall and a sister, Juanita Peterson (Hall). Stephen was also predeceased by his son, Dana Hall (Brown). Stephen is survived by his life long partner, Linda Mastowski. Also, two sister's, Elizabeth Hall, Edith Hall and a brother, Edward Hall. His children, Carl Manning, Christina Bugbee (Randy), Laura Mastowski, Tammy Bell (Hall) (Chris Bell), Sheryl Hall (Christopher Preston Sr. Stephen has 24 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews.

He enjoyed fishing, long drives, and scratch off's. He always had a thermos of coffee. He was very dedicated to his entire family. His kindness to others was exceptional. Stephen would lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He was loved so much by his family and friends.
