Sylvia Betty Zintel, age 98, passed away September 25, 2020 at home. She was born in Hornell, New York on May 5, 1922 to Arlie Arnold and Eva (Witter) Bennett. She married Curtis Edgerton Zintel on August 12, 1945 in Geneseo, New York. The newlyweds made their home in Mt. Morris, New York. Sylvia owned a bakery and she also was a cook at a state hospital in New York.

She is survived by her Daughters Shirley and Brad Palmer of Northport, Florida, Debbie and Elmer Clancy of Wolcottville, Indiana and Cindy Murray of Port Charlotte, Florida.  10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.  Brothers Arlie Bennett of Geneseo and Thomas Bennett of Lima and Sister Patricia Zingaro of Virginia.  She was preceded in death by her parents; son, David Zintel in 1985; and husband, Curtis Zintel on December 20, 1997.
