TERESA MARGARET "Cipolla" FRASER age 88 of 21 Elm Street, Mount Morris, NY, died Saturday September 30, 2017 at Highland Hospital in Rochester, NY. She was born the daughter of Filippo and Phyllis Cipolla on October 30,1928 at the family home at 21 Elm Street, Mt. Morris, NY. She married Thomas "Tinker" Fraser Jr. on December 23, 1950. She was a graduate of the Craig School of Nursing in Sonyea, NY on Sept. 3,1949, received her bachelors in Nursing from Brockport in May 1979 and Masters of Nursing from the University of Rochester. Prior to her retirement in 1991 she was a Nurse Administrator for Fingerlakes DDSO in Rochester for nearly 45 years. She was a faithful member of St. Patrick's Church having been in the church choir and its Altar Society. She was a member of Management Confidential and former member of several nursing associations.


She is survived by 3 sons Thomas (Kathy) Fraser, Timothy (Tina) Fraser and Theodore "Tad" Fraser. Loving grandchildren Ryan (Katherine) Tara (Kyle), Nicosia, Jonathan (Kate) Timothy, Katlin and Joshua, adored great grandchildren Alexander, Lucas, Simon, Mattingly, Amelia and Graham. Sister Laura Rimore of Georgia. Many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas "Tinker" in 2014 her parents Filippo and Phyllis Cipolla. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Chin-Lin Ching, MD, Dr. Yougrin Kim, MD and the staff at Highland Hospital.


No prior calling Funeral mass will be held Saturday October 7 at St. Patrick's Church at 9:30 am. In lieu of flowers Memorials may be made to the Mount Morris Ambulance or St. Patrick's Cemetery.
