THOMAS R. LAMONICA age 93 of Mount Morris, NY, died Monday September 20, 2021 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY.   He was born the son of Salvatore and Antoinette (Mistretta) LaMonica on May 29, 1928 in Mount Morris, NY.  He served in the Army from 1950 to 1952.  He worked for the G-W Railroad in Retsof as an Engineer for over 35 years retiring in 1987.  He was a lifelong resident of Mt. Morris.  He was a member St. Patrick's Church, the Mt. Morris American Legion Post.

He was predeceased by his first wife Aliene and is survived by their Children Karen LaMonica of Dansville, Patty (Rich Stickel) LaMonica of Walworth, Antoinette LaMonica of Rochester, Thomas LaMonica of Mt. Morris, wife Elsie and her daughter Nancy (Elwin) Werner of Fayette. 2 Grandchildren Mary Beth (Aaron) Hauser of Texas and Stephanie Kelly of Orchard Park.  1 sister Rose Cicero of Livonia.  Many nieces and nephews.

No prior calling.  Prayers will be said Monday at 9 am at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris followed by a Mass att. Patrick's Church at 9:30 am.  Interment with military honors at St. Patrick's Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the Mt. Morris American Legion Post, 3 Elm Street, Mt.
