THOMAS L. STOUT age 74 of 119 Chapel Street, Mount Morris, NY, died Sunday November 19, 2017 surround by his loved ones at his home. He was born the son of Ray and Eleanor (Butler) Stout on January 9, 1943 in Rochester, NY. He served in the Air Force during Vietnam from 1962 to 1966. He married Rosalyn Biondolillo on November 15, 1967. Prior to his retirement in 2004 he worked as a Correctional Officer at Groveland Correctional Facility for over 20 years. He had also worked for over 20 years for the Rochester Laborers Union. For many years he coached youth baseball, football and basketball. He was and avid golfer and a loving husband and father. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Triple Creek Golf Club and NYSCOBY.


He is survived by his loving wife of over 50 years Rosalyn "Chickie". 3 Children Jonica (George) Stout Wortha, Michael (Kelly) Stout both of North Carolina and Brian (Shelley) Stout of Geneseo. 8 grandchildren Casey, Nick, Kevin, Amanda, Eric, Natalie, Megan and Matthew. Brother Gary (Phylis) Stout of Bergen and Sister Sandy (Jim) Brick of Perry Center. Nieces, nephews and many dear and loving friends. He was predeceased by his parents Ray and Eleanor Stout.


No prior calling. Graveside Services with military honors to be held Saturday November 25 at 10 am at St. Patrick's Cemetery. Reverend Edward Dillon officiating.
