THOMAS W. WALTON age 73 of Avon, formerly of Leicester, died Sunday February 9, 2014 Peacefully surrounded by his family at Highland Hospital in Rochester after a lengthy illness. He was born the son of Andrew and Luella (Fitzsimmons) Walton on September 13, 1940 in Rochester, NY. He married Mary Jane Corcimiglia on May 9, 1970. He was a self employed farmer, Truck driver for over 40 years. He also delivered the Democrat and Chronicle News paper for over 30 years. He was a member of the Leicester Fire Department for over 50 years. Tom loved Farming, truck driving, lawn mowing and snow plowing.

He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 44 years Mary Jane. 8 children Thomas (Alba) Austin of Texas, Donald (Patti) Austin of Oregon, Brenda (Jay) Osborn of Caledonia, Beth (Kenny Lane) Ramirez of Livonia, Susan (Art) Logsdon of Pavilion, David (Heidi) Eaton of Nunda, Brian (Giuliana) Walton of Portageville and Mike Walton of Avon. Tom loved and enjoyed his 21 grandchildren and his 6 great grandchildren. 1 sister Nancy (Jerry) Barnhart of Dansville. Several brothers-in-laws and Sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his Parents Andrew and Luella Walton and 1 Great granddaughter Sophia Osborn.

No prior calling. A celebration of Tom's life will be held Saturday September 13 from 3 - 6 pm at the Community Room at Morgan Estates, Clearview Drive, Geneseo.
