TIMOTHY J. "TJ" LEVEY age 62 of Mount Morris, New York, died suddenly Saturday November 30, 2024 at his home.  He was born the son of Kenneth and Rita (Macaluso) Levey on September 20, 1962 in Dansville, New York.  He graduated from Mount Morris Central School in 1980 and Finger Lakes Community College in 1982.  He married Vickey Foote Brewer on June 7, 2019.  Prior to his retirement he worked as a correctional officer at Livingston Correctional Facility.  He was a member of NYSCOPBA and Keshequa Golf Club.  He enjoyed golfing, spending time with family, going to the casino, taking care of animals, and most of all making people laugh.

He is survived by his son Javan (Mia Tomassetti) Levey of Canandaigua.  His mother Rita Levey of Mount Morris.  Brother Phil (Jeanne) Levey of Chili and his sister Lorri (Dave) Schoen of Hilton.  Nieces and nephews Danielle, Nikki, Jameson and Sean.  Step daughter Brittany Foote Brewer and her children Kenneth Ryan, Kellan George and Kathryn Rose.  Several Aunts, Uncles, cousins and many dear and loving friends.  He was predeceased by his wife Vicky Foote Levey in 2020 and his father Kenneth in 2019.

No prior calling. A celebration of TJ's life will be held Saturday December 14th from 1 to 4 pm at the Genesee River Restaurant and Reception Center, 134 North Main Street, Mount Morris, NY. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to Lollypop Farm (Humane Society of Greater Rochester).  Arrangements by the JOHN W.
