TONI E. PACKER 1927-2013. Our beloved Toni passed away August 23, 2013 in the presence of friends at the Livingston County Skilled Nursing Facility in nearby Mt. Morris, NY. Toni was the founder and original teacher of the Springwater Center in Springwater, NY.
