WILLARD F. "Bill" OVERHOLT age 98 of Leicester, New York, died Friday July 11, 2025 at UR/ Noyes Medical Center in Dansville, New York.  He was born the son of Forrest and Mildred (Austin) Overholt on November 11, 1926 in Pike, New York.  He served in the Army from 1952-54 during the Korean War.  He married Frances Zanghi on May 14, 1960.  Prior to his retirement in 1987 he worked at Mallory Timers in Mount Morris and then in Warsaw for 32 years.    He was a former member of St. Thomas-Aquinas in Leicester and attended St. Patrick's Church in Mount Morris.

He is survived by his wife of over 65 years Frances, 2 children Wayne (Lynne Ellen) Overholt of Texas and Barbara (Roger) Johnson of Livonia.  4 Grandchildren Alicia, Sara, Rachael & Ruthie.  Several niece, nephews and dear and loving friends.

Friends may call Monday, July 21 from 11-1 pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris, NY where Funeral Services will be held following calling hours at 1 pm.    Interment with Military Honors at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Mount Morris, NY.  Memorials may be made to your favorite or local Veterans Organization.  Sign the online registry at
